My Mission

My name is Diane Feilen, and my work is centered on compassion, active listening, and honoring the profound bond we share with our pets.

In the early stages of my career, I worked in mediation, facilitating difficult conversations and emotional situations. This experience revealed the power of truly listening, making individuals feel heard, and guiding them toward clarity and peace during challenging times.

Driven by a calling, I transitioned my skills into a more spiritual context. I became an ordained minister and later became certified as a pet loss grief coach, enabling me to support individuals and families through the emotional journey of loving and losing a cherished pet.

Like many, I have felt the joy that pets bring into our lives, as well as the heartbreak of saying goodbye. These personal experiences, combined with my professional training, inspired me to create services that honor pets’ lives while providing comfort and guidance to those who love them.

My mission is to offer thoughtful and meaningful experiences that empower families to honor their pets with love, dignity, remembrance, and healing.
